food in Malaysia!!!
my time for study there has past...
and i'm back to my beloved hometown, Jakarta, now...
so these are few foods that i ate a lot when i was in Malaysia..



the first one is pop corn chicken which is actually a general junk food u can find in any supermartket really.. this one is from a mini restaurant in my apartment which has a fried chicken tast with a zest of lemon sour flavour.
nice to eat when u have a crave on junk food and lazy to cook...
it cost me about RM5 or less than US$2 which comes with a sweet and sour sauce, rice, fried egg and few slices of cucumber





next is chicken chop fried rice from another mini restaurant in my apartment..
the chicken chop is fried with flour and then cooked with black bean and some chinese sauce while the fried rice is cooked with chinese style with beans, carrot and egg. this is very nice, filling and a good companion of Barli ice.
the drink is well known in singapore and Malaysia which comes from Barli seed as shown in the bottom of the glass.. cooling and rather sweet..



the last one is mix vegetarian rice. this one is from Asia Cafe near my College in Subang Jaya. simply the nicest mix vege rice i've ever tasted. surely will miss this one the most. i can find a few vege restaurant here too of course, but nothing could top this one. the saltiness, texture, and taste just distinct this store from anywhere else.
clockwise from the greenies is lettuce cooked with garlic, barbeque "chicken", "cha siew", fried bee hoon, and fried thin sliced tofu...

well, gotta go now... i must find something to munch...my stomach is growwwllinnggg!!
