Melb trip

soww...this was on my last trip to melb with my 2nd siz. it's b4 the new sem started...before all the hectic i experienced on having my 1st sem ever in syd..
it was a bliss.. i saw part of melb i never been to, visit places that i've been b4. it was nice remenicing one of my fav city of all time..


when u're in a trip with me, of corz it'll b about fud..fud...fud...
so, don't expect any statue, museum arty arty things from me in this post, coz my melb trip is about foooddd

let's get started shall we?



we'll start on this restaurant in somewhere in melb called 'Coco' such a sweet name for not so sweet place..it's not that the place is bad, it's just more towards glamorous place type of thing. but the food was Delicious with a capital D...
the price is not Cheap tho...with a capital C
this is a salmon skin roll...the best i've ever had i must say...my siz friend, eve, said this his fav...my fav salmon skin roll too indeed..

this one is another dish in coco that i ordered named tobiko salad, as u can see it's just fish egg with some veggies, but man trust me, it's nice...salty, tasty with jap mayo...why they never have this in other jap rest i've been? hm... really simple but nice...nyummm

this one is a burger from 'Grill' in St Kilda...
it was HUGE, GIGANTIC but taste superb..
can't finished it...well..sort of...just left the bottom of the bread..hihi (-.-)'
i forgot the name of the burger tho...something chicken something pesto... =D

this one is tortellini prosciuto from Chapelli's rest...not my fav..it was just OK..
Rating: 5.5/10 barely pass coz i think i can cook a better one...muakakaka...nobody will ask to cook it anyway...except my bloody hozmate..oops...she's gonna read this...behave Laura..


this one is another dish from chapelli's (caesar's salad) a simple and famous appetizer but for this one, this dish is more than pass for me..
in uts rating, it deserve a Distinction.
really nice dish with a bit of 'kicking' touch from anchovies.
other ingredients is standard caesar: parmesan, grilled chick (another reason why it's nice ppl...tender n moist chick), lettuce, bacon..

this one is from Max Branner...the most famous chocolate cafe in oz, i think..

the first one is a choco ball with strawberry n choco dipping. actually i forgot the name. anyway, too bad that i didn't have the mood for hot choco..coz that's what famous from this cafe...
my siz order a capuccino from this cafe..taste like Sh*t she said... but it turned out to be quite a nice pic, rite?
looks can be deceiving indeed =D


this is a mud cake from brunetti..sweet..chocolaty...sweet...fatty...milky...sweet...and some more layers of fatty...what more can i ask for?
