Input No.1 for Sept’08

I see that I’m not that active in blogging…
It’s not that I haven’t had anything in my life (why does it sound so sad?)
I just dunno how to make it interesting and worth read…even if my fellow reader is one and only one…
Anywhoo…-I’m patent-ing that word for this month-
There’s a LOT of things happen these past few months…I just can’t compiled it in this 13 inch screen..

Well let’s start from the nearest experience.
Lately I’ve been to a few interviews (literally few…as I only applied for 3 jobs..duuh?!?)
Been trying to find a nice job and salary just enough to cover my forever active digestive system
First visit: an immigration law located in a secluded area. I wonder how they could get a client in a 40m2 space and without any banner or what so ever to show there’s an immigration law in that area…or even a business building for that matter.
That went pretty well I must say and it’s my 1st job interview ever..so..i might say it went great!
We just talk smoothly tho sweating from trying to find the place after asking 10 ppl passing by. There was no building number and their company was combined with like…10 others in 1 small building!
1 mistake: I said $10 to $15 is my salary range which I just realized normally a part time formal job, $15 is the least here. *&!%#@!!

Anywho, next stop is an e-networking company. A pretty good company I must say. However from the 1st few minutes of interview I know that I’m not right for the job. It’s their fault anyway. They just stated in the job-search: for those who know well known websites and user of facebook. I mean, who doesn’t?
1 mistake: when the interviewer asked me whether I could find the place easily, I replied with full confidence: It’s pretty easy, I just went left at Buckingham Palace. With a face so red trying hard not to laugh he replied me: did u mean Buckingham Street? I’m pretty sure Buckingham Palace is in London… -oh Laura…try to enhanced ur general knowledge will u?-


So after feeling good that I don’t really blew up the interviews entirely, I went home with my chin up high and both of my hands sliding back and forth. –what de?-
After a week of struggling on whether to hire me as their part-timer – haha, sure -, the 2nd company called me to said that the result is negative.. I was like.. negative? when did I had a pregnancy test?
Afterwards I asked who’s calling and when they said their company name than it all just come to me…
Hellooo u might want to say ur company name 1st before stating the result? That was weird..

So I was assuming that the 1st company had happily put my resume away after 3 weeks ignoring me…but then suddenly this afternoon….Tataraaaaa!!! I got 2 missed call from an unknown no. when I called back they said that they want to talk further about the job if I’m still interested. Well for an unemployed student who spent a lot for fulfilling my ever-growling stomach, I said yes…
Waiting for tomorrow for our further discussion…wish me luck peepz!

Incident of the week: after almost accidentally slipped in the bathroom after brushing my shoes (ex world youth day shoe man…can u imagine the dirt of walking through all that sand, sleeping under the moon – literally-, and walking side by side with a lot of Australian-made-horse-sh*t on the road), now both of my ‘cheeks’ at my back (u kno what it is) hurt even when I sit…
Sh*t..
