Pies and Cakes

It's dessert timeeee!!!!
i was having dinner with my 2nd siz and one of her friend a few weeks ago.
we tried a new restaurant called Tin Pan Alley
the choice was either tony romas (uu yummm ribsss) or this one...
the dinner was great...it's one of the best lamb burger i've tasted...the bread for the burger was awesome too (and i've never said this before abt a burger)...yum yum...
but the highlight is of course, dessert.
we ordered 3 dessert, and i took picture of 2 that i like

1. Apple Pie Crumble
i love pie...esp when it has super delish crumble andddd vanilla ice cream on the side. we were super full, but as we were a bit greedy, we ordered it anyway BUT without the ice cream.

2. Carrot Cake
this reminds me alot of my beijing girls esp Fra and Penn. after a night at vics --> bridge --> penn with spaghetti bolognese, fra with american breakfast, me with a cake --> me persuading them to help me eating my cake...sigh...miss them loads. :* btw this dessert was awesommeeee
but its really really sweet tho...diabetes making its way thru my vein...


Inspired by this restaurant, and me coz i keep bugging my siz to make me some piesss,
i helped her create 2 pies for our "Sunday bake" session:

3. Apple Crumble Pie (with cookies and cream ice cream-added later)
we totally create our own crumbs coz i added things that i like...not things that supposed to go there: oatmeal, corn flakes, little white sugar but more on brown sugar, etc.
but we succeed! yea!

4. Bacon Sausage Mozarella cheesy Pie
totally made up the name. muahaha.
i was looking at my siz 'original' recipe and it only said bacon and spinach pie. but she said "we don't have spinach, so i change it with bacon"
changing vege with meat? i ain't complainin'.
and it's totally rocks as my appetizer for that night's dinner.
