Foodies

you see, i'm a food junkie. (hahaha that's not news)
however, unlike some of my friends and family member, i wasn't so blessed with high metabolic rates on food digestion.
so the fat i eat + the almost-hardly-never exercise factor = the fat i gain.
this is the formula i always think i have on my body.
so sometimes, yes, i do feel jealous to my pals that can eat whatever they want and gain zilch kg. (and i know they don't throw up their food afterward)

these past few days, my sister and i have been pushing one of her friend til he can no longer put any food to his mouth on a single meal.
our journals are as follows:
1st day: 7 rolls of sushi -not that triangle shaped roll...this is the cylinder rolls before u cut it into thin pieces as such:

2nd day: we went to a restaurant and he ate 3 cups of rice, plenty of shabu-shabu veges and condiments, teriyaki chicken, a few slices of my sushi and a cup of chawan-mushi

3rd day: i cooked okonomiyaki with 30cm diameter, and the thing about him is he can't eat anything without rice. he consider all food less rice = snack.
so he ate a giant okonomiyaki with a plateful of rice
[ Okonomiyaki: savoury pan-fried Japanese batter cake with fillings such as tako (octopus), pork cutlets, and assorted veges). it's quite delish! =]

4th day: i cooked 2 hamburg meat for him and a bowl of mashed potato. to my concern, he wasn't full yet. (maybe by the fact he ate potato instead of rice) so he ate XXL crispy chicken (it's really what they call it and i don't think i need to explain how big it is) with another plateful of rice. + chocolate i cream my sister made.

5th day: we did it!!! we make another round of sushi dinner at my house and he ate 7 rolls of sushi til he couldn't eat anymore!!! wohooo... i know it's kind of cruel that my sister and i treat this like a game. but we just wonder how much can he really take! + lemon cake plus a scoop of ice cream

above all, he wasn't even fat.

ps: i forgot to mention that most of the nights, he went for another round of dinner from my house. and here is the sushi we made:

speaking of food, u need to see this video:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8-wOMA8OTko
she eat so much and yet she's so thin! and she can beat 6 tag-team-guys all by herself
in case u r looking, there's NO 1st part for the vid, but there's one cont part named: Sone_3
